OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Ahmed Essentials online store and all purchases made through it. By visiting our store or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store.

2.1 Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from Ahmed Essentials. By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2.2 Account Responsibility If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3.1 Product Descriptions Ahmed Essentials makes every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colours, or other content are completely accurate. Slight variations may occur.
3.2 Product Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3.3 Pricing All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Ahmed Essentials reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. In case of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and offer you the option to confirm or cancel.
3.4 Order Confirmation Placing an order on Ahmed Essentials does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
4.1 Free Shipping Ahmed Essentials offers FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum order value required. This applies to all cities, towns, and areas throughout the country.
4.2 Dispatch Time Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
4.3 Estimated Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location within Pakistan.
4.4 Tracking A tracking number will be shared with you via email once your order has been dispatched.
4.5 Delivery Delays Ahmed Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any significant delay.
4.6 Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply. Ahmed Essentials is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. PAYMENTS
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods We accept all major payment methods available through our payment gateway including credit cards, debit cards, and other supported options.
5.2 Payment Security All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Ahmed Essentials does not store or have access to your payment card details.
5.3 Cash on Delivery If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in your area, it will be displayed as an option at checkout.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
6.1 Return Window Ahmed Essentials accepts return requests within 5 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
6.2 Return Shipping All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Ahmed Essentials does not cover return shipping charges except in cases where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
6.3 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
6.4 Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return including final sale items, perishable goods, used or altered products, and personal care items. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership All content on Ahmed Essentials — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product images, descriptions, graphics, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ahmed Essentials. All rights are reserved.
7.2 Prohibited Use You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any content from our store without express written permission from Ahmed Essentials. Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.

9.3 Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahmed Essentials and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts in Pakistan.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ahmed Essentials regarding your use of our store and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
