AHMED ESSENTIALS Shipping Policy Effective Date: May 11, 2025

OVERVIEW

At Ahmed Essentials, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and completely free of charge. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders across Pakistan.

1. FREE SHIPPING

Ahmed Essentials offers FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum order value, no hidden charges, and no conditions. This applies to every city, town, and area throughout the country including:

• All major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, etc.)
• Small cities and towns
• Rural and remote areas

You will never be charged a delivery fee at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Orders are confirmed within a few hours of placement.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
• You will receive an email or message confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Pakistan:

Please note these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier workload, weather, or other external factors.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our courier partner's tracking system.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at mr.workplace@gmail.com.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

Ahmed Essentials offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for customers across Pakistan. Please read the following COD terms carefully before placing an order.

5.1 How COD Works

• You place your order and select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
• Our team confirms your order via phone or message before dispatch.
• Your order is delivered to your provided address.
• You pay the full order amount in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

5.2 COD Confirmation All COD orders are subject to confirmation by our team before processing. If we are unable to reach you for confirmation, your order may be put on hold or cancelled.

5.3 COD Cancellation & Refusal Penalty

⚠️ Important Notice for COD Customers:

If a customer places a COD order and then:

• Refuses to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.
• Is repeatedly unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery.
• Cancels the order after it has already been dispatched.
• Provides a wrong or incomplete address causing failed delivery.

Then the following penalty will apply:

The customer will be responsible for paying the full return shipping and handling fee charged by the courier. This amount will be charged to the customer directly and must be paid before any future orders can be placed.

Additionally, customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders will be:

• Blacklisted from placing future COD orders on Ahmed Essentials.
• Restricted to prepaid payment methods only for all future purchases.

Ahmed Essentials reserves the right to take appropriate action against fraudulent or repeatedly refused COD orders.

5.4 Parcel Condition at Delivery Please inspect your parcel carefully before making the COD payment. Once payment is made and the courier has left, Ahmed Essentials will treat the order as successfully delivered. If you notice any damage, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately at mr.workplace@gmail.com.

6. FAILED DELIVERIES

A delivery may fail due to the following reasons:

• Customer unavailable at the provided address.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• Refusal to accept the parcel.
• Inaccessible delivery location.

In case of a failed delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. If delivery continues to fail, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer and Ahmed Essentials will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.

7. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and area details are complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Ahmed Essentials is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Additional charges for re-delivery due to address errors will be the customer's responsibility.

8. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• High order volume or courier workload.
• Public holidays or weekends.
• Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.
• Political disruptions or nationwide events.
• Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations.

In such cases, Ahmed Essentials will do its best to keep you informed. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

9.1 Lost Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no update, please contact us at mr.workplace@gmail.com. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and take appropriate action.

9.2 Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately with photos. If damage is discovered after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mr.workplace@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number.

10. MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

If you order multiple items, they will generally be shipped together in one parcel. In rare cases, items may be shipped separately. You will be notified if this occurs and will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel.
