AHMED ESSENTIALS Order Tracking Policy

At Ahmed Essentials, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to your orders. We want you to know exactly where your parcel is at every stage — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. This policy explains how order tracking works at Ahmed Essentials.


1. HOW ORDER TRACKING WORKS

Once you place an order with Ahmed Essentials, your order goes through the following stages:

Stage 1 — Order Placed Your order is received and a confirmation is sent to you via email or WhatsApp. Your order is now in our system and being prepared for processing.

Stage 2 — Order Confirmed Our team reviews and confirms your order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify the order before processing.

Stage 3 — Order Processing Your order is being picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

Stage 4 — Order Dispatched Your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner. A tracking number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp at this stage.

Stage 5 — Out for Delivery Your parcel is with the courier and on its way to your address. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.

Stage 6 — Order Delivered Your parcel has been successfully delivered to the provided address. If you face any issue after delivery, contact us within 48 hours.


2. YOUR TRACKING NUMBER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number through:

  • 📧 Email: Sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • 💬 WhatsApp: Sent to the phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 3 business days from the date of order placement to receive your tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number after 3 business days, please contact us immediately:


3. HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once you have your tracking number, you can track your order as follows:

  1. Visit the website of our courier partner.
  2. Enter your tracking number in the tracking field.
  3. View the real-time status and location of your parcel.

Alternatively, you can contact us directly with your tracking number and we will provide you with a delivery update:


4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Location Estimated Delivery Time
Major Cities 2–4 Business Days
Small Cities & Towns 4–6 Business Days
Remote & Rural Areas 5–7 Business Days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier workload, public holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.


5. TRACKING NOT UPDATING

If your tracking number is not showing any updates, please note the following:

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier system after dispatch.
  • Delays in tracking updates can occur during weekends, public holidays, or peak seasons.
  • If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 consecutive business days, please contact us immediately at mr.workplace0.1@gmail.com or +92 313 6850815 and we will investigate on your behalf.

6. PARCEL NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or anyone else at your address who may have received it on your behalf.
  2. Verify the shipping address you provided at the time of order.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date at mr.workplace0.1@gmail.com or +92 313 6850815.

We will immediately investigate the matter with our courier partner and work towards a resolution.


7. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you realise you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately:

Address corrections can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. Any additional charges due to address corrections or re-delivery will be borne by the customer.


8. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple items, they will generally be shipped together in one parcel with a single tracking number. In rare cases, items may be shipped separately and you will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel. You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.


9. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided address. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Customer being unavailable.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Inaccessible location.

The courier will attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to Ahmed Essentials. In such cases, re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
