3. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

3.1 Returns Ahmed Essentials accepts return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items The following items are NOT eligible for return:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
• Perishable goods, digital products, or downloadable items.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
• Intimate or personal care products for hygiene reasons.

3.3 How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. Since we offer free shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3.4 Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (where applicable).
