ORDER SUPPORT

1. Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at mr.workplace0.1@gmail.com or call +92 313 6850815.

2. Order Modification If you wish to modify your order (change address, quantity, or product), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be dispatched and modifications may not be possible.

3. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge. After 12 hours, the order may have already been processed and dispatched. In such cases, our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us immediately.
